40 Assets:
Bannie presented an overview of the 40-Assets materials that was included in Commissianers' packets.
Arbor DaviEarth Dav Celebration
The Commissioners in attendance confirmed they had received the pc�stcard in�itations to the "Celebrating
Arboz Day& Earth Day with the Mayor"an Apri128, 2007.
DISCUSSION �
• Interview dates for new Comrnissioners have been set for May 5 and May $, 2Q47. Sandel, Charles
and Lari will parkicipate. Lari will contact the others to see who is available.
• The youth recruitznent packets are ready to send to the schaois and an announcemcnt from the
Mayor's offce indicating what positions are avaitable. Contact wili be nnade with applicants to
confirrn if there is interest. The information is available on the website.
• Renton Fire Chief David Daniels ar�d Carlas Guangorena, Plaza Bank in Kent, (that provides service
in bath Spanish and English) were mentioned as possible future speakers in the fall.
• Renton River Days marketing material for sponsors of entertainment was shared.
