Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property sho`��n upon said roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said i�nprovement in at least the amonnt charged a;ainst tlle
same and th�t the assessment app�e�ring against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear-
