Section lt The violation of any ordinance of
the City cf Renton shall be deemed a misdeeme�,nor
�.nd �ay be prosecuted by tne authcrities cf the
City cf Renton in the na,me of the people of the
State of �Vashingtan or nlay be redreesed by civil
� wction at the option cf ��id authcrities of the
City cf Renton.
Section 2 : Any person sentenced to ir�i�risonment
fcr the uiolati�n of the ordina,nces of the City of
Renton may be irr�prisoneci in the City Jail or in the
County j�.il of the county in �fi�hicr� tne City of ��enton
�.s w�tu�.ted. �
��ection 3: Vi�hene�rer any person shall h�:Tre been
ccr��ric�ed of the zriola.tion of �.ny crdinance of the
City of Renton and committed to the county jail the
� e�ense of such imprison�:er�t shall be a charge in
favor of the Caunty and a.ga,ins t the Ci ty of Renton.
Section 4 : This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days from and a�fter its passage, �
