Section 1: That the ACity Clerk is he_e by authorized
and directed to sign a contract with the American Cast Iron Pipe

Company, a corporation, for the delivery of pipe,/fittings as
per bid dated 15ovember 19,1 23.
Section 2: That a co -y of said bid bo incorporated in
the contract.
Section 3: This ordina_- ce shall be in full force and
effect five days from and after its ann-roval, passage and legal
publication as provided by lavy.
