Section '1; THAT, WIMEAS, on November 6, 1923, the time fixed
for the hearing on RESOLUTION No. 322, passed by the City Council on
the 5th day of October 1923, providing for the vacation of that port-
ion of Thain Street, hereinafter described, and whereas, notice of the
time and place fixed for hearing upon said Resolution was duly posted
in the Harmer provided by law and .on November 6, 1923, at eight
o'clock P. T,T. , there being no protests against the vacation of said
street, the same was duly passed.
Section 2: TH]11'.421ORE be it resolved by the Gity Council of
the city of menton, Washington, that, that portion of main street. ly-
ing north of Cedar Diver and bounded on the south by the north marginal
line of the --right-of-way of ging County :Jaterway District Tio.2 and on
the north by the south marginal line of First Avenue 111orth, be, and
the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five days from and after its approval, passage and legal public-
ation as provideO. by lava.
