poration, has applied to the City Council of the City of Renton

to said City of Renton, to any point in 'dock 13 o -i said addition;
and the said `lashing,ton Compressed Cas Company is-cermitted to
convey and transport through said pipelines to the plant of the
Pacific;ar &: Foundry Company, its successors anO assigns, oxygen
and hydrogen gas.
This ordinance is grarited upon the express condition
triat the said tlashinLtou Compressed Gas Company, a corporation,
its successors anal assigns, will, after laying acid pipelines
across said street, put said street in substantially the same
condition as the same now is and will save the City of Renton
harmless from any and all damage claims which may arise by
reason of the construction, operation and maintenance of said.
pipelines, also all damage to City streets or property.
The pipeline shall be rlaced at least three feet beneath
the surface of the street, the dirt when refilled shall be
tamped or compacted so as to avoid settling, and be done in a
manner satisfactory to the Street Superintendent.
This ordinance shall become effective five days from and
after its passage by the City Council and its approval by
the lulay0r.

Please be advised that the undersigned company accepts the con-
ditions of the above entitled ordinance consisting of 3 sections, and files
this acceptance with the City Clerk of the City of Renton, in accordance
with paragraph numbered 7 of Section II of said ordinance.
