This project falls within the small site drainage review; therefore, detention or water I quality is not required. 'To avoid saturation of soils near the foundation of the house, roof runoff and footing drain will be tight lined to existing catch basins. Surface runoff from the grass area can simply be allowed to sheet flow towards theexisting catch basins. . In order to prevent erosion and trap sediments within the project site, the following BMPs will be used: ' • Silt fence will be placed along the limits of clearing where applicable. • A rock construction entrance will be placed at the driveway. • Catch Basin Inserts will be installed.
