herebv declarecl to be specially benefitted by said improven�ent in a�t least the aznount charged aaainst the
saine and that the assessment appearin� a�ainst the same is in proportion to the several assessinents appear-
ina upon saic� rolL There is hereby levied and assess�ed aaainst �each such lot, tract, parcel of land �nd other
property appearina upon such roll the ainount finally charged against the sa�me thereon.
Section 3: For the purpose of this iinprovenient there is hereby created and established a special fund
