1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the impro�ement of
Third Avenue,in �he original to�rn tnow city) of Renton,

�ill Street,thence east to east line of Renton Avenue��--By
�ra Gr�di�g said Third Avenue,its full width,of eixty feet-��x �, � ,� .
. And by gravelling the street proper .

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, a.11 in accordance with plans to be
prepared by the City Engineer.
2: Th.at all persons•who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council C� mber in the City Hall in the City

z�hich time and place is hereby fixecl for hearing a11 matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all

4: That the cost and egpense of said improvement shall be borne by and assesseci aga.inst the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
