2: That all persons tivho may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the C'ouncil Chamber in the City Hall in the City

to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4: That the cost and espense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed aga.inst the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
