and that such other work be done a.s may be necessary in connection therewith, according to the plans and
, specifications therefor prepared iincler the direction of the City �ngineer and on file in the offiee of the City
, ' Clerk.
Section 2: '1'hat the cost and expense of �said im proveinent, inchxding all necessary and incidental es-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in a,ccordance with law. The City of Renton sha11 not be liable in any manner for .any portion of the
cost and expense of said improvement, except as here in provided.

Section 3: Tha.t there is hereby established a local improvement district to be called "Local Improve-
ment District l�To. _20s___.___," which said district is described :as follows:
"All the property between the termini of said impr.ovement abutting upon, adjacent, vicinal or proxi-
ma,te to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the marginal lines thereof, as pro-
vided by law."
Section 4: Bonds bearing interest at the rate of 81X._._._ per cent. per annum payable on or before
_3eVeI1.._.__._ yea.rs from the date of issuance shall be issued in payment of the cost and expense of this �
improvement, which bonds shall be redeemed by the collection of special a.ssessments to be levied and assessecl
upon the property within said district, payable in _._�.�Vfl__.__.___ equal annu�tl installments with interest .at the
rate of ._�.��______________ per cent. per annum under the inode of "Payment by Bonds," as defined by law and the '
charter a,nd ordinances of the City of Renton. These bonds shall be delivered to the contractor in redemption
of warrants on the Ilocal Improvement District Fund issued on estimates of the City Engineer, or the City
of R-enton may, at its election, sell said bonds and make such redemption in cash.
Section 5: T'his ordinance shall be in full foree and effect five (5) da-ys from and after its passage,
approval ancl lega,l publication.
