WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement was recorded on the 26th day of October,

WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement is of record on specifically defined
properties; and
' -WHEREAS, said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement has been fully satisfied and it is necessary
that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number 8910260230 be
released from said Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement due to the satisfaction of said
