Approxirnately 4829 ].ineal feet of cast iron water main,
�= 16 fire hydrants, anc7 all appurtenances pertaining to i
said water main, located �aithin and adjacent to
� Earlington Industrial Park Na. 1., as shown on City of
Renton Plan W-239, Phase 2;
Approximately 4010 lineal feet of ].2 inch cluctile iron
�aater main, 11 fire hydrants, and a2]. agpurtenances
pertaining to said water main, locatea �aithin and -
adjacent to �arlingtan Industrial Park No. 2, as
shown �n City of Renton PZan t�]-239, Phase 3.
Pacitic Coast R. R. Co. warrants saicl water mains and appurte-
nances to be �ree of any expenses, costs or liens incurred thereon by,
through or under the Pacif�.c Coast R. R. Co. , and c��ill warrant ar�c�
defend this sale against a�l and every person whon�soever claiming
said personal pro�erty by ar through the Pacific Coa�t R. R. Co. '
