Agreement � In consideration of the City issuing a determination of non-significance and in consideration of the City granting a permit to demolish Building F, the Applicant or its assigns agree as follows: 1. Within a period of twelve (12) months from the issuance of the demolition permit,Applicant agrees,with regard to the vacant unimproved site that will result from the demolition of Building F("Site"), to make application to do one ' g3g\agr-rent `'"' • ..,, ' „ . • of the following: (a) redevelop the Site with a permanent use, or(b)redevelop the Site for use as a temporary parking area under a two (2)year temporary use permit, or(c) landscape the Site as usable open spac�. 2.
