Applicant has applied to the City for a permit to demolish an unoccupied 25,000 square foot structure known as Building F which building is ; a � located within the Renton Center and along its south boundary adjacent to Hardie 0 Avenue. Attached as Exhibit A is a legal description of a portion of Renton Center , � on which Building F is situated. O '� C. The City's Environmental Review Committee has.issued a � i O � determination of non-significance,but has conditioned that determination upon two � �T conditions, one of whic�is an agreement with the City to mitigate the land use impact arising from the existence of a vacant,unimproved site. D. The purpose of this Agreement is to satisfy that condition. Agreement � In consideration of the City issuing a determination of non-significance and in consideration of the City granting a permit to demolish Building F, the Applicant or its assigns agree as follows: 1. Within a period of twelve (12) months from the issuance of the demolition permit,Applicant agrees,with regard to the vacant unimproved site that will result from the demolition of Building F("Site"), to make application to do one ' g3g\agr-rent `'"' • ..,, ' „ . • of the following: (a) redevelop the Site with a permanent use, or(b)redevelop the Site for use as a temporary parking area under a two (2)year temporary use permit, or(c) landscape the Site as usable open spac�. 2.
