`O the Federal Public Housing Ruthority (hereinafter called the "FP�#�.1°)� for and in con-
� sideration of the covenants and promises of the �ity of Renton (hereinafter calle d the
"Citp")� a nunicipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Trlashin�ton� does this day sell, transfer, and quitcla3m to the City all of its right�
title� and interest in aIl those sanitary and storm sewer mains and water mains and
water storage and pumping facil�ties on or adjacen� to the site of Renton High].ands

adjacent to the City, a11 as shown on maps Nos. 1 to 1�� inclusive� which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, excepting extensions of all mains within dead end streets
marked "Private k7ay", and excepting l.aterals or partions thereof nct located Frithin
streets.
The City covenants and promises that it will operate, maintain, repair, and replace
said systems when necessary to service the areas now bei.ng served by said systens.
Ths City further covenants and prcenises that it will continue to operatef maintain�
rera ir� and replace said system as part of its munic ipal utilities service so Iong as a
need for ��.�ch servics continues� but in no event less than ten (10} years.
The City sha11 render sewer and water services to the e�ri.sting dwel.lir�s and other
buildin�s on the site durina their useflxl lives and shall render such services to other
buildinas, dfaellina or non-dwelling, i,rhich may be locatad thereon in the future, accord-
in� to the r��les and re�ulations of the sewer and �rater departments of the �ity, penerally�.
IN `r1ITNESS �JHEREO�y the iJnited States oP America and the City of Renton have caused
these presents to be exeauted as o.f the 5th day of ?Jovem'�er, 19lz6.
