TRANSFER a�id BILL OF SALE
WHEREAS the IIVDEPENDENT WATER CQMPANY, INC. , a non-profit corporation, with

�v offices located at 15616 West Va].ley Road, Renton, King County, Washington, has

�� requested the Ci�y of Renton, a Municipal Corporatiori, to accept a portion of said
� Water Company's water system, together with certain customers hereinafter mentioned, �

�� all meters, meter boxes, mains and valves pertaining thereto, as hereinafter more

particularly described, all in consideraeion of the sum of One and no/100 Dollars
($1.Q0) , receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton is willing to accept the transfer and conveyance of
a portion of the Company's water system, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND
COVENAN� AS FOLLOWS:
lo The INDEPENDENT WATER COMPi�NY, INC. , a nonrprofit corporation under the laws
and statutes of the State of �dashington, hereby conveys, transfers, sets over, and
assigns unto the City of Renton, a Municipal Corporation of the Second Class, under
the laws and statutes of the State of Washington, that portion of its water system, I
together with all mains, meters, meter boxes, valves and other appurtenances located '
, and situated within the present city limits of the City of Renton, all as more partic�-
u2arly described on the attached sketch, labeled Exhibit "A", which is made a part I
hereof as if ful.ly set forth, which system and prop�:rties presentl� serve the fallowing
described customers:

and further including a7.1 interests, rights, permits and privileges of said Water
Company for and in cannection with the installation, construction, maintenance and
operation of said portion of the water system as above described.
2� The INDEPENDENT WATER COMPANY, INCa , further agrees and covenants to execute
, and deliver, at the Ci.ty's request, any and all otrier dacuments or instruments of
conveyance necessary to effectuate the terms of this agreement�
3. The INDEPENDENT SdATER COMPANY, INCo further warrants that it is the owner '

� IndapendenG Water Company further agrees to transfer unto City, withpuC cost or
expense to City for such trans�er, any customer or customers located within the City Limits
ir�� of Renton and such transfer �o be promptly made whertever the Gity is able to furnish
