' � All parties to this agreement.acknowledge and recognize that the City of Renton has no re- ++� sponsibility to build, improve, maintain or otherwise service the roads contained within the above � described short plat. � '��:e parties t�this 2greement agree and covenant that said owners, their grantees, successors � and assigns will maintain the e�sting blacktopped private drive which is within the above described � tract of property according to the following terms and conditions: � 1. Any person(s)who own(s) one or more lots serviced by said road as described above I shall be a member of the Road maintenance Agreement Association(hereinafter RMAA). RMAA shall be responsible for maintaining the above described road. "Maintenance" as described in this agreement, shall include the removal of � obstructions, plant overgrowth and miscellaneous debris, the filling of holes, adding , gravel, �rading and the performance of any other labor or furnishing of materials � necessary to maintain the road in reasonably good condition. 2. Expenditures. Expenditures for ma.intaining said private road must be authorized by a vote of RMAA members.
