��� All parties ta this agreement acknowledge and recognize that the City af Renton I
' has no responsibility to build, imprave, maintain or otherwise service the roads contained within
� the above described short plat.

" The parties to this agreement agree and covenant that said owners, their grantees,
� successars and assigns will maintain the existing blacktapped private drive which is within the
� �' above described tract of property according ta the fallowing terms and conditions:
� 1. Any person {s) wha awn {s) ane or more lots serviced by said road as

� described above shall be a member of the road maintenance Agreement
f Association {hereinafter RMAA}, RMAA shall be responsible for
� � maintaining the abave described road, "Maintenance" as described in this
� t� agreement, shall include the removal of obstructions, plant overgrowth and
misceilarieous debris,'the filling�of holes, adding,,gravel, grading and the

I � performance of any other labor or furnishing of materials necessary ta
a maintain the road in reasonabte good condition.
� 2. �x�endj,ures. Expenditures far maintaining said private road must be

� authorized by a vote of RMAA members. Voting shall be on the basis of one
� (1) - (1) vote.

�„ A majority vote shall be necessary to authorize expenditures for road
� � maintenance, except as provided below:

NOT WITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, said private road must be '
maintained by the RMAA in reasonable good condition including drainage, filling
of holes, removal of obstructions and grading.
3. Liability for costs. RMAA members shall be liable for expenditures for road
:na:r.tenance as spe�ifie� abo��e Qn the f�!lew�r.g �asis:
Each lot shall share equally in the cost incurred. If assessed costs are not paid by
� any RMAA member within 30 days of billing the Association may, at its sole
discretion, cause the bill to be recorded as a lien and foreclosed as allowed by the
law.
