AND WHEREAS said properties are contiguous parcels, with parties
two and three sharing common boundary lines with party one.
AND WHEREAS a field survey of the property of the First Party has
disclosed an encroachment of a fence along said common boundary
lines onto the property of the Second Party; and of the third
party onto the property of the first party;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration only of resolution of common
boundary lines do all parties hereby mutually acknowledge and
agree that the existing fences represent the true common boundary
lines between of the property of the first party. Said second
party conveys and quit claims to the first party a strip of land
described as Exhibit '�A�� of said second party legal description;
and the first party conveys and quit claims to the third party a
strip of land described as Exhibit "B" of said first party legal �
description;
