WHEREAS Owners have �iled with the City on 1Vovember 5, 1962 their "Appli- �
cation for Variance in the City of Rentan", being Application No. V-7.31-�62 in the
Ioffice of the Planning Director of the City, requesting that they be granted a
'I Variance frQm axisting zoning L-? upon a traet owned by them containing apprc�xz.caately
4.5 acres located within th.e NW quartez of the NE quarter, Section 17.»23�5, in
I �I � the City of Rentan, King County, Washington; being the tract descrribed in prapased

i�.� plat of Vuemon� Crest Additian, Iocated between Windsor Hills Addition (on the east

and North) and the right=af-way of Primary State Highway #1 F.E (on the west); deelared
purpose of such Variance being to permit constructian hy Cugini af one single femily
I � residence in the northw�st corner o� af4resaid 'Tract, such residence parcel being
I32 feet more or le ss in width from west to east, and I48 £eet more or less in iength
from north to sauth; and
� WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton is willing to cansid�r and i
act upon such Application f or Variance only upan the condition precedent and the de�inite I
� ti ulation of alI arties concerned therein that consider2tion oE and/or rantin

of such Variance Agplication in whale or in part shall not aperafis ta waive, impair, I
release, nul].ify, or alter that certain prior "AGR�EMENT'.' which the City contends I�
was consummated in August 1957 by and between pwners and the City, written draft of
whicti is on file in the City Cl.erk's file of 1957 proceedings for re-zoning of abave»

and shall not thereby be waived or altered in respect to the entire remainder o�

' NCJW THII2F,FORE, the Owners and the City hereby stipulate: That the considera�- I
tion of, and/or the granting of Owners' aforesaid Application for Variance if it be
granted by the City Council, and proceedings had or actions taken by the City in con-.

� nection with said Application for Variance�are had and done upon the condition pre-
� '�` cedent and the Stipulations above recited and sha11 not operate to waive, impair,

� , y, or alter in any way the abovementioned purported AGREII�IENT dated

August 195�, in respect to the entire remainder of Owners' aforesaid tract o£ 4.5 acres
I more or less, other than and except only as above stipulated in respect to the single
family residence parcel approximately 132 feet by 148 feet in the northwest corner of
Owners' Tract, outlined in red lines on the plofi plan accompanying Owners' application
for Variance; which parcel is the sole object of the said application for Variance,
to permit construction thereon of one single family residence.
