acknowledged, does hereby grant, release and convey to CITY OF
RENTON, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, for
the purpose of construction, repair, service and maintenance of
underground sewage pipelines and underground appurtenances, an
easement appurtenant and perpetual over, on and to the foliow-
ing described properties:
15 ' Sewer Easement
A sewer easement, 15 feet in width, over the northerly
15 feet of the fallowing described praperty:
The east 155 feet of the north 180 feet of the North-
east One-Quarter of the Northeast One-Quarter of the
Northeast One-Quarter of Section 16, To�vnship 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, '
except the narth 30 feet and the east 30 feet thereof �,
for roads, �
the City of Renton to have such easement only for the purposes
above set forth. '
