WITNESSETN:

water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the

described as follows :
The westerly 15 feet in width, measured perpendicularly to the easterly
margin of State Highway No. SR181, except the westerly 5 feet ,thereof of that
portion deeded for Slope Easement Drainage and Utility purposes, of the following
described property:
All that portion of the north 271.25 feet of the south 601.01 feet of
Government Lot 7 in the southwest one-quarter of Section 25, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M. , lying between Puget Sound Electric Company Railroad right-of-
way and West Valley Road (SS Highway No. 5-M) ; less beginning at the northwest
corner of said described Tract; thence southwesterly along said easterly margin
of said road a distance of 60 feet; thence southeasterly at right angles to said
� road margin a distance of 67 feet; thence northeasterly a distance of 123 feet to
a point 88 feet east of a point of beginning; thence west 88 feet to the point of
beginning; LESS the east 15 feet; LES5 State Highway.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as :

Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction ,
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the

� of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legai
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
