WITNESSETH:

Grantee, its successors and assians , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and uoon the

A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:

The centerline of said easement being described as follows:
BEGINNING at survey centerline. Station 124+05 .26 of Lake Washington
Boulevard in the Northwest one-quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5
East, W.M. ; said point being the point of a curve to the right from which the
centerline of said Lake Washington Boulevard bears South 44°07'40" East; thence
South 61°56'00" East a distance of 47.54 feet; thence North 51°40'27" East a
distance of 15.54 feet to the Easterly margin of said Lake Washington Boulevard
and the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 51°40'27" East a
distance of 355 .55 feet; thence North 47°40'35" East a distance of 187.00 feet;
thence North 66°24'29" East a distance of 330.94 feet; thence North 87°11'47"
East a distance of 135 .03 feet; thence South 64°42'22" East a distance of
153.00 feet; thence South 77°12'00" East a distance of 263.75 feet; thence
South 57°04'45" East a distance of 52.16 feet; thence South 29°17' 35" West
a distance of 186.49 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
ALSO TOGETHER with a utility easement 10 feet in width over that portion
of the Westerly 10 feet of the above described property lying�-Southerly of the
Southerly line of the Southerly line of the above described easement.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as :
30 feet in width, 15 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement sha11 remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances i�ave been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than
