That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ l.00 (One

doeS by these presents , grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly

Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Glennwood Avenue S.E.
(formerly 121st Pl. S.E.) and Lake Youngs Way S.E. (formerly 120th Avenue S.E.) ,
according to the Plat of Tiffany Park, recorded in Volume 72 of Plats, pages 7 to
9, records of King County, Washington; thence North 52° 06' 17" East along the
center line of said Lake Youngs Way S.E. ,2�'�.�� feet; thence North 37° 53' 23"
West, 25.00 Feet; thence North 52° 06' 17" East 23.75 feet; thence North 48° ��"
40' East, 8I:2�0 feet; thence North 52° 06' 17" East, �'7.6:_3?2 feet; to a point of
curve; thence Northeasterly along said curve to the left with a radius of 220.00
feet for a distance of 9.03 feet to the true point of beginning of the Tract here-

Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns , shall
� have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
O may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
C�1 of constructing, maintaining, repai.ring, altering or re constructing said
� utility, or making any connections therewith , without incurring any legal
� obligations or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main- �
� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
immediately before the property was ente red upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfe re with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
