water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the I

The Easterly 15 feet of the Westerly 25 feet in width, measured perpendicularly
to the Easterly margin of the State Highway S.R. 181 , of the following described

The North 70 feet of the South 993 feet of Government Lot 7 in the Southwest
one-quarter of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , 'lying between
Puget Sound Electri c Company's ri ght-of-way and West Val ley County Road (SS No. 5M) :
LESS State Highway.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Over the Westerly 30 feet of the above descri bed property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accep ed for the
