The easterly 15 feet of the Westerly 25 feet in width, measured perpendicularly
to the easterly margin of Washington State Highway No. SR 181 , together_with the
Northerly 10 feet of the following described property:
All that portion of Government Lot 7 in the Southwest one-quarter of Section
25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, I�.M. , lying North of the South 993 feet of
said Government Lot in between Puget Sound Electric Company right-of-way and the
West Valley County Road (SS No. 5-M) : LESS State Highway.

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to en ter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, pravi ded, that such constructi on, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
- disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
