water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly

A uti li ty easement 10 feet in wi dth over the foll owing descri bed property:
All that portion of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of
Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East; W.M. , described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the' plat of President Park #9 as recorded
in Volume 53 of plats , page 60, records of King County, Washington; said point also
being the Southeast corner of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter
of said Section; thence North 88° 24' 34" West a distance of 67.23 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 88° 24' 34" West a distance of 68 feet;
thence North 1° 29' 17" East a distance of 100 feet; thence South 88° 24' 34" East
a distance of 57.13 feet; thence North 24° 39' 17" East a distance of 26.68 feet;
thence in a Southeasterly direction along the arc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 130 feet, through a central angle of 8° 49' 30" , a distance of 20.02 feet;
thence South 24° 39' 17" West a distance of 45.80 feet; thence South 1° 29' 17" West
a distance of 74.57 feet to the true point of beginning.
The centerline of said utility easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described property; thence
South 1° 29' 17" West along the Westerly line of the above described property a
distan ce of 5 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence South
88° 24' 34" East a distance of 74.95 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the
above described property; said point bearing South 24° 39' 17" West a distance of
24.20 feet from the most Easterly corner of the above described property.

of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
