WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar paid by Grantee , and other valuable consideration, do by these
presents , grant , bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee , its successors and assigns , an easement for the purpose of
sidewalk installation, traffic signals and/or street lighting with
necessary appurtenances over , through , across and upon certain portions
of the following described property situate in King County, Washington,
to-�tit :
Beginning at a monument set at the intersection of South
3rd Street and Shattuck Avenue So. in the City of Renton, I
Washington, running thence S 1°19 ' 10" West a distance of
311. 26 feet and South 87°47t06" West a distance of 30 . 06
feet. to the true point of beginning for this description;
thence along the Southerly right-of-way line of So. 3rd
Place S 87°46 ' 40" W. a distance of 394. 01 feet ; thence
continuing along said Southerly right-of-way line along
the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 300 feet
and a central angle of 31°13 ' 30" a distance of 163. 48 feet ;
thence continuing along said Southerly right-of-way line
S 56°33 ' 10" West a distance of 160 . 66 feet to a point on

altering ar recons�ruc�ion of such utilities shall be accomplished
in such a manner that �the private improvements existing in th�

they are disturbed or damaged , they shall promptly be replaced in i
as good a condi.tion as they were immediately before the praper�y
was entered upt�n by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall have the right to �u11y use and enjoy the
aforedescribed premiSes , including the right to retain the right to
