Eden Division No. 2, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of

Together with 2nd Class Shorelands adjoining.
Together with the Westerly � feet of the Burlington Northern ,
(Northern �acific) Aailroad right-of-way adjoining.
Together with the Westerly 15 feet of the Burlington Northern
(Northern Pacific) Aailroad right-of-way adjoining lying South of
the railroad crossing in Northern Pacific Aailroad Permit dated
September 1, 1936 to Carl Jorgenson, Etal.
Subject to an easement for road purposes over the Easterly
