Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shalt have
the right, without prior notice ar proreeding at 1aw, at such times as may be

� structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or
0 making any cannections therewith, and such constructian, maintaining, repairing,
� alter9ng ar reeonstruction af such u�ility sha1l be accomplished in such a manner

odisturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will
� be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediate]y before the property

ihe Grantor shaii fu11y use and enjoy the afaredescribed premises,
inciuding the right to retain the right to use the surface af said right-af-way
i€ such use does not interfere with installatian and maintenance of the utility
1ine. Nowever, the grantor shall not erect buildings a� structures over, s,nder
ar acrass the r#ght-pf-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a cavenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors cavenant �ha�
they are the lawful owners af the above properties and that they have a gaod and
lawfuT right to execute this agreement.
