This conveyance is subject to the condition that th� Crantor, it:>

'� the easement area by the Grantee should such facilities as located
� i�inder development of Grantor's property adjacent to said easement area;
subject to the following conditions: (1) plans for such relocation
are subject to approval of the Grantee, through its Cit�• Engineer,
�rior to coa,-nencenent of such r•elocation; C2) the relocation work itself
�:iall be approved and accepted by the Grantee, through its City Engineer;
and (3) the expense of such relocation shall be borne fully Uy the
':�rantor, its successors and/or assigns.
Tliis easement shall be a covenant running with the land ar.d shall _
