A utility easement for the purposes of installing street lights and
appurtenances over the following described property:
The Northwesterly 5 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Northwesterly line, �
of Lot 7, Replat of Block 2, Tiffany Park, according to the plat recorded in Volume
74 of plats, page 21 , records of King County, Washington.
Together with a temporary constructian easement described asa
Said temporary construction easem�nt shall rEmain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

have tf�e ri ght, without prior notice or proceeding at 1 aw, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the pcarpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurri:ng any legal
obl i gations or i i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, mai n- �
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of--�vay shall not be disturbed o'r damaged, or in the event they are
� Q` disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
,� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

' Q` The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the afor�described premises ,
• � including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
O if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
� line . However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
� or across the right-of-way du,ring -the exi,stence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawf right to execut�this agreement.
