Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 1, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 63, records of King County, Washington and of the North 1/2 of the abandoned Pacific Coast Railroad R/W adjoining; also together with the vacated alley adjoining. � The Grantors may relocate said drainage easement upon meeting the following conditions: l. 2`he design of drainage relocation must meet the approval of the Grantee. 2. All expenses incurred in relocatinc} the drainage system shall be borne by the Grantors. 3. The Grantors shall be required to convey an executed drainage easement covering said relocation to the Grantee The Grantee shall relinquish this easement when the above conditions have been fulfilled. Together with a temporary construction easement described as: - The Northerly 30 feet of the above described property.
