� _ have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
` ' may be necessary to enter upon sai d above� descri bed property for the purpose
c7 of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
pobligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
Q` taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing� in the right
p right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� � disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. Howeve�r•, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across t�ie" ri�h t-of-way duri ng the exi s ten ce of s uch uti 1 i ty.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
. they are��the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
1 awful ri ght to execute thi s agreement.

� base and appurtenances within the following described property:

� All that portion of the following described property lying Northerly of
� a line running from a point on the Westerly line of said property 270 feet
0 Southwesterly, measured on said West�rly line, of the Northerly corner of said
� property to a point on the Easterly li�ne of said property, 315 feet Southerly
of said Northerly corner;
Said property being described as follows:
