A temporary construction easement over the following described property:
The West one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the Southwest one=quarter of the
Northeast one-quarter of Section 31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ;
EXCEPT that portion thereof lying Westerly of a straight line extending from a point
on the North line thereof to a point of the South line thereof 184 feet East of the
Southwest corner thereof, and:
EXCEPT the North 30 feet thereof for County Road•, �- -- - -
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
Said easement being described as follows: ,
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the above described property; thence South
87° 27' 30" East a distance of 195 feet, more or less, to a point on the Easterly
line 7.40 feet Southerly of the Northeasterly corner of said property; thence
Southerly along said Easterly line a distance of 8.76 feet; thence North 87°43' 43"
West a distance of 195 feet, more or less, to a point on the Westerly line of said
property 9 feet Southerly, more or less, from said Northwest corner; thence North-
westerly along said Westerly line a distance of 9 feet, more or less, to said North-
westerly corner, the point of beginning.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and imtil such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation and .

Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns , shal l
have the right, without prior notice ar praceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upan said above� described property for the purpase
af canstructir�g, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
' � right(s)-af-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
eO disturbed or damaged, they wi11 be repiaced in as gaad a canditian as they were
� immediately before the praperty was entered upon by the Grantee.
