THIS INSTRUMENT, made this 9th day of ' APRT'L' : -, 1973, by i

� and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of King County, I

WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1. 00) paid by Grantee, and other valuable considerations,
does by these presents, quit claim unto the said Grantee, its suc-
cessors or assigns, the following described easements over, through,
across and upon the following described property in the City of
Renton, King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
I. Beginning at a point in the center line of Houser Way
North (vacated) distant Sly 962 ' along said center
line from the intersection of said center line of
Houser Way North (vacated) with the center line of
North Eighth Street; thence S89°00' 34" E302.25 ' ;
thence S00°59' 26" W35 ' ; thence N89°00' 34" W15 ' ;
thence N00°59' 26" E20' ; thence N89°00' 34" W287.25 ' ;
-� thence N00°59' 26" E15 ' to the point or place of be-
ginning, less the most westerly 30 ft. thereof reserved
for utility easement purposes by City of Renton Ordin- ,
ance No. 2687 vacating Houser Way North, recorded Janu- I
ary 7, 1972, as Auditor' s File No. 7201070304 , records
of King County, Washington, as shown on the drawing
annexed hereto as Exhibit "A" . �
II. Beginning at a point in the center line of Houser Way
North (vacated) distant Sly 1347 ' along said center
' line from the intersection of said center line of

thence S00°59' 26" W15 ' ; thence N89°00' 34" W 342.25 ' ;

ginning, less the most westerly 30 ft. thereof re-
served for utility easement purposes by City of Renton
Ordinance No. 2687 vacating Houser Way North, recorded

• stalled by Grantor to serve Grantor' s building about to be
�' constructed, having frontage of approximately 300 ft. along
the Ely boundary of Houser Way North (vacated) and depth of
� 300 ft. and lying between the two easements hereby granted,
said easements to terminate and revert to the Grantor in
the event of �nd 'upon the removal of such building from
Grantor' s premises.

Said heretofore mentioned Grantee, its successo�s or assigns,
shall have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law,
at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described
property for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstructing said utility, or making any connections therewith,
without incurring any legal obligations or liability therefor,
� provided, (a) that such entry shall not unreasonably interfere
�,�} with the conduct of Grantor s business in and about the premises
C� adjacent to the easements granted hereby and (b)that such main-
Qtaining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility
� shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improve-
� ments existing in the easements shall not be disturbed or damaged,
or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will be re-
placed in as good a condition as they were immediately before
the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall ful.ly use and enjoy the aforedescribed
premises, including the right to retain the right to use the sur-
face of said easements. However, the Grantor shall not erect
buildings over, under or across the easements during the existence
of such utility.

and W. H. Scudder , to me known to be the Senior
Vice President and Secretary , respectively, of
PACCAR Inc, the corporation that executed the foregoing instrument,
and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary
act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes there-
in mentioned, and on oath stated that they are authorized to exe-
cute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corpor-
ate seal of said corporation.
