Commencing at a point 615.75 feet West and 30 feet Nortll of the Nortfi.east
corner of Henry Adams Donation Claim No. 43, Section 36, Townsfiip 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M. , in King County, Wasfiington; thence North 120 feet;
thence South 88° 21'' East to the West line of rigTit of way of tlie Seattle-
Tacoma Interurban Railway (Puget Sound Electric Railway� as fieretofore
acquired; thence South along-said We-st line to a- point-on a-l��e-3b�-feet-
North and parallel with the North line of said Henry Adams Donation Claim
No. 43; thence Wester�.y along said parallel line to point of fieg�.nning.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
30 Foot temporary con,struction easement over tf�,e East 30 �eet of said p�;o�erty.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and un til such time as the roadway, utilities and appurtenances have been
accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
� the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construt-
' ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities,
-• or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities shall be accomplished in i
such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including �
� ' � the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right(s)-of-way if such use
�T does not interfere with installation and maintenance .of the roadway or utilities.
� Grantor shall also have the right to construct buildings or structures over or across
..,�, said easement, subject to the approval of the Director of Public l�orks, during the
.O existence of said utilities.

r,� Grantee shall refrain from constructing manholes on Gr,antor's eas�ment.
All sewer main construction on Grantor's easement shall be of Cast-Iron
(Ductile-Iron) materials. . � .. _
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the �land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
rig� to execute this agreement.
