THIS INSTRUMENT , made this � day of APRIL, 1974 ; by and between
PU�LIC HOSPITAL DISTRICT N0 . 1 of KING COUNTY, a municipal corporation -
of the State of Washington ; hereinafter called "Grantor" , and the CITY OF

That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10 . 00

hereby acknowledged by Grantor, do by these presents , grant , bargain,
sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee , its successors and
• assigns , an easement for landscaping (including construction of tree �
wells , planting of trees and ground cover) with necessary appurtenances
over, under, through, across and upon the following described property

The Grantor shall fully use and enj_oy the aforementioned new land-

maintenance of the new plantings at all times in a reasonable manner.
' This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall
be binding on the Grantor, its successors , heirs and assigns . G�antor
