2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition I�
to beiny permitted to hook up to �r and water service from the City af I
Renton to serve the premises. I',
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be I
bindiny on the owner and all persons subsequently acquirinq any right, title
or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a II
cov�_nant running with the land. �
4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, �
ayree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises ,
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject '
�remises is sufficient to qualify under the 75$ method pursuant to RCW
35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguaus area as the City ,

I or other petitioners may determine. The owners further aqree, when so notified I
by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with 'I
