petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton, Washinqtan,
£ar the property herein described and on tl�e t�rsns more fully set for�.h below.

2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition
ta beinq perxKtitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the City af
Renton to se�ve the premises.

i 3. Par�ies Bound. This agreement and the ccavenant to annex shall be
binding on the ownez' and a�.3 persons subsequently acquiring any right, t5.tle
or interest in or to said property referred �o as the premises, and shall be a

covenant running with the land.
' 4. Time for Performance. The owners, �heir heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the abave describer� premises
unto the Ca.ty af Renton at such time as the assessed valuation c�f �he subject
prernises is sufficient ta qualify under the 75� method pursuant to �2CW
3SA.14.120, �oge�her with such other adjoi�ing or cantiguous �rea as the City
ar other petitioners may determine. The ow�ers fur�her agree, w�en sa nati.fied
by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition anrl to comply with
all the reguirements af law regarding such annexation, 2f the awners, their
