� 2. Basis far Covenant. This covenant ta annex is given as a candition ta
being permitted ta hook up to sewer and water service from the City af Renton
to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding on the owner and aIl persans subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest zn or to said praperty referred to as the premises, and shall be a
cavenant running with the 1and.
4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petitian ta annex the above described premises
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under ths 75� method puxsuant to RCW 35A.14.120,
together with such other adjoining or cantiguous area as the City or other
petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so notified by the
City, to promptly circu2ate and execute such Petitian and to comply with all the
reqvirements o£ law regarding such a.rrnexation. If the owners, their successors
