Time for Performance. The awnexs, their heirs, successoxs or assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the above described premises unto the C'ity of Renton at such time as the assessed valuatian af the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoinzng or contiguous area as the Gity or ather petitianers may determine.
