2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition
to being permitted ta haok up to sewer and water service from the City of
, Rentan �to serve the premises.
', 3. Parties Bound This aqreement �nd tl;� �Q�re�a�� �tc, a��ex si�a1 i oe
binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title �
or interest in or ta said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant runn�ng with the land,
4. Time far Performance The owr�ers, their beirs, successors or '
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above-described
premises unta the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuatian of the j
subject premises is suff9c9ent to qualzfy ur�der the 75�o method pursuant to RCW I
35A.14.120, together with such other ad�oin�ng or cnntiguous area as the City
of other petitioners may determine. The owners further aare�; �!l�Qn se
notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Fetition and to
�, cam�]y with all the requirements of law regarding such annexatian. If the I�i
owners, their successors ar assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right �
