� 2. �asis or Cavenant This covenant to annex is given as a conditinn
.,�� to being permitted to haak up ta sewer and water service from the City of
Renton �to serve the premises.
3. Parties Baund This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding on the awner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant runn�ng w�th the land.
4. Time for Perfarmance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the above-described
premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation af the
subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 751d method pursuant to RCW
35A.14.120, together with such other ad�oining or contiguous area as the City
af other petitianers may determine. fihe owners further agree, when so
notified by the City, to promptly circuiate and execute such Petitian and to
comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexatlon. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right
to terminate such utility services. �
