successars,heirs and assigns"hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary petitions for annexation to
the City Limits of the City of Rentan, Washington, for the property herein described and on the terms
i more fuily set farth below. I
l. Legal Description The property to �vhich this covenant shali agply is a portion of King
County Tax Assessor's#118000-7405 lega!!y described as follows:
Lot 32, Biock 57, Bryn Mawr,Vol S,Page 5$of King County Plats
hereinafrer referred to as"the premises."
2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition ta being perrnitted to
haok up to sewer andlar water service from the City of Rentan ta serve the premises.
3. 1'arties Bound This agreement and the covenant ta annex shal( be binding on the owner
� and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,title or interest in or ta said praperty referred to as the
� premises,and shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The o�vners, their heirs, successars or assigns, agree and
covenant to sign a petition to annex the above-described premises unto the City of Renton at such time as
the assessed valuatian of the subject prem'sses is suffcient to qualify under the b0°lo method pursuant to
RCW 3SA.14.124, tagether with such oiher adjaining or contiguous area as the City of other petitioners
may determine. The owners further agree, when so natified by the City, to promgtly circulate and
execute such Petition and to comply with al( the requirements af law regarding such annexatian. If the
owners, their successars ar assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right to terminate such utility
services.
