Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, sha11 have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such time5 as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any cornections therewith, without inc�rring any legal obligations or liability
�-- therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairin�, altering or
. � reconstructian of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
private improvements existing in the riyht(s)-of-way sha11 not be disturbed or
