described as follows :
The West 10 feet of the following:
Tract 23, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Addition to City
of Seattle No. 1 as recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 63, Records of
King County, Washington. Less the East 105 feet. , less the South 101
feet, less the North 100 feet and less the West 15 feet thereof.
Said temporary construction easement sh all remain in force during const ruction �
and i.mtil such time as the street improvement h been accep ed for operation and ',
