073900-0115-00 . According to the title report we received from Pacific Northwest Title
Company, on this property, your interest is as follows:
Complaint/Notice of Violation
A copy of the document by which you acquired your�interest is attached if recorded in King
County and if said document was available to us. If your interest derives from a judgment
against a present or past owner or contract purchaser (shown above if applicable), your interest
is subject to the identity of the judgment defendant who may or may not be the same person
listed in our title report.
Because of your legal interest in this property, King County is required to include you in the
lawsuit to foreclose the tax liens on this property. A copy of the summons and complaint is

Also enclosed is a 2012 real estate tax statement for the delinquent taxes, interest, penalties,
