' � hereinafter called "Grantor(s) ," and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of
King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee."

WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of tNe sum of $1.00
--------------- paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, do
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and �
sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following
described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
The Westerly 10 feet of Northerly 67.26 feet, said Northerly 67.26 feet .being
measured Southerly along the Westerly line from the Northwest corner, of the
following:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 23 North, Range
5 East, W.M. in King County, Washington described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quaxter; thence South 2°
86'30" West along the West line thereof 494.94 feet to the Southerly line of Puget
Sound Power & Light Company's 120 foot right of way, as contained in instrument
recorded under auditor's file no. 5687370; thence North 74°32''17" East 297.53
feet to a point on the Easterly margin of Puget Drive; thence South 16°20'40"
East along said Easterly margin 1047.42 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 68°39'20" East 115.89 feet to the Westerly margin of Benson Road
as said margin was established by judgement and decree of appropriation filed u
under Superior Court of Washington Case No. 668210; thence South 21°19'15"
East along said Westerly margin 316.03 feet; thence South 17°51'28" West along I
the right of way intersection of Benson Road and Puget Drive 17.13 'feet to a
point on the Easterly line of said Puget Drive, said point being on a 304.26
foot radius curve concave to the Northeast, a radial at said point bearing North
12°51'28" East; thence Northerly along said easterly margin an arc distance of
296.30 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 16°20'40" West along said
Easterly margin 67.26 feet to the true point of beginning.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted
for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than
December 31� 1976 '

the rights withaut prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of cons�ruct-
' ing, mair�taining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connectians therewi�h, without incurring any legal obligatians or liability
therefor�, provided, that such cnnstruction, maintaining, repairing, altering or
� recanstructian of said utiliti�s shall be accamplish�d in such a manner that the
private improvements existing in the riyht(s)-�of�way shall not be disturbed or
