Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall ��have -
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, mair�taining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any cornections therewith, without incurring any legal ob7igations or liability
; therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairin�, altering or
